Capital Raising Announcement
Technical development of Magnetica’s products for a new compact, dedicated, 3T (Tesla) musculoskeletal Magnetic Resonance Imaging System (“MRI System”) is almost complete, and commercial negotiations with a major global MRI Systems Integrator for the commercialisation of the MRI System are well advanced. To support commercialisation activities together with the Company’s overall business plan and operations, Magnetica is conducting a capital raising at an offer price of AU$0.15 per share, comprising of a:
– Placement to sophisticated, professional and other investors to whom no disclosure is required under the Corporations Act; and
– Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to existing eligible shareholders.
